Cost Breakdown and Payment Plans

We provide a written quote that itemises surgeon fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital and theatre, implant cost, and an estimate for post-operative consultations and physiotherapy. The hospital and anaesthetist provide their own quotes which we coordinate.

For medical aid patients, the quote shows scheme cover, expected shortfall and the role of gap cover insurance if you have it. For self-funding patients, the hospital usually offers a fixed-fee package.

Payment plans for the surgeon's professional fee can be arranged in advance — speak to the practice manager. Hospital and implant fees are typically paid up-front or at admission.
